Comments about Educational Insights Nancy B's Science Club® Nature Keeper & Tree Diary:

I received this sample from Educational Insights for review. Opinions are honest. No compensation received.
If you have a child who seems to be interested in nature, specifically trees, this is a great kit to encourage their interest. It includes a 22-page diary so your aspiring botanist can research and document their observations. They can press tree leaves and flower petals during the different seasons and record their findings.
My daughter really likes science and art so she really had a good time making leaf art. This is a really fun way for your kid to explore nature and learn and have a good time all at the same time.

Comments about Educational Insights Nancy B's Science Club® Nature Keeper & Tree Diary:

We love everything Nancy B! So of course we had to get this journal! My daughter has begun journaling about her daily life, now it is time to take it to the back yard! This is the perfect way for kids to learn about the nature that surrounds them. Sketch, collect and document your findings in this cool little nature journal. But the learning does not stop there, read through the diary and learn all about tree growth and observations. Now that fall is approaching I can't wait for the kids to see the differences in the leaves. Everything doesn't stay green and this journal teaches the kids so much while they are just discovering in their own backyard. We will be buying another one for a friend now!.

We live in Florida and I am always looking for ways to get the kids more involved outside besides just swimming. We love the Nancy B products because they give the kids something to do and look for. This Nature Keeper and Diary is just that, a way to get the kids involved and actually learn and appreciate the outdoors. We don't have anyany compliants!

We did receive the product for review, all opinions are our own.

My kids were excited to play with the nature keeper. They were picking items from the diary and getting started in making their observations. This activity set gave my kids a new meaning to hands on learning and is giving them a jump start on science at school. I did receive this for free in exchange for a honest review.

My children loved the nature keeper, they were able to notice so much more about the world around them. They collected so many items to preserve because they enjoyed it so immensely. IN the dairy they were so excited to pick a tree and start their observations. They read through the diary about the tree age and are now every more curious about nature. This activity set gave my children and I many things to research and learn about from the questions this set provoked. I am loving how excited they are about this, and thrilled their learning is continuing and meaningful even in the summer.

This book is a little nature lovers dream. I was really impressed with the leaf press, it was very durable and could provide enough pressure to really get leaves pressed well. The book to document in is really nice. It is quite detailed, so be prepared to spend a while working on it.
The downfall of it- I don't know if my kids will remember to do it consistently enough.
